Save all the files you want to render to the Elements drive, which can be accessed from the university PCs.
To locate it, open the Windows search menu and type “Elements.” Select the Elements drive from the results. Once opened, a window similar to the one shown will appear, allowing you to access and store your project files for rendering on the render farm.
Log into your Elements account, after which you will see one or more links to mount folders (in most cases there will only be one). Click on the link to mount the drive.
Once the drive opens, navigate to the correct year folder. If your year folder does not exist yet, create one. Inside this folder, create a new folder with your own name and use this location to store your project files and render outputs.
This folder will be for you to add as many files to as you wish
